Blaire Adkins is a life-long Dane County resident and is excited to serve her first term on the Dane County Board. She graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2018. She works at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison as an adult-geriatric nurse practitioner. Her 10 year career in health care provides a framework for her priorities, which include taking into account the health and well-being of our residents and natural resources. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her spouse and their dog hiking, running, cross country skiing, listening to live music, traveling, and gardening. She is proud to call Dane County home and is invested in keeping Dane County an amazing place to live for everyone while also making necessary improvements.
